Bourgs sur Colagne, culture in XXL format

Bourgs sur Colagne, the commune of Le Monastier and Chirac, has a population of 2,127. Located close to the A75 motorway, it invites you to meet its local craftsmen, producers and shopkeepers through an original photographic trail highlighting their trades, passions and talents: ” local know-how “. This far-reaching project would not have been possible without the Photoclub Lot-Colagne, the initiator of the project, who put the talents of its members to good use; the financial backers, notably Europe; and the commune and its residents, some of whom agreed to use their homes as exhibition space.

The idea is to permanently display 42 large-format photos of local know-how on tarpaulins on various house facades. Under each photo, a flashcode linking to the websites of the Mairie de Bourgs-sur-Colagne and the Photoclub de Chirac. will enable visitors to find out more. In the course of 2024, various events will be organized in conjunction with professional circles, vocational training and schools.
