Walking tours
You can enjoy 2 walks accessible to all:
- Pontoons and monkey bridges take you all the way around the 1950-meter-long lake.
- 660 metres of lakeside paths are accessible to people with reduced mobility, young children and baby carriages.
Hiking
If you’re a keen hiker, you’ll be able to take to the footpaths and admire the magnificent setting, home to exceptional flora and fauna.
Discover our 2 marked hiking trails:
- LE LAC DU MOULINET – 10 km marked loop with 198 m ascent. Duration: 3 hours.
- LA DEVÈZE GRANDE – 21.5 km marked loop with 540 m ascent. Duration: 6 hours.

Fishing
A fishing area with 2 pontoons. If you’re a fishing enthusiast, you’ll love the rainbow trout!
In summer…
AQUAPARC DU MOULINET welcomes you all summer long to fill up on sensations at Lac du Moulinet. In the heart of Aubrac, in Lozère, you can enjoy the sunshine and the many activities on offer: inflatable water park, paddle, pedal boat…
Open from June 18 to September 4, 2022, 11am to 7pm – 7 days a week.
the nautical base
Aquaparc du Moulinet offers a range of aquatic activities. You can rent :
- 2 or 5-seater pedal boats
- Single or double paddles
- Tiralo (free): This three-wheeled amphibious device enables people with reduced mobility to enjoy swimming in complete safety in a dedicated area. Fitted with floats, the tiralo is, as its name suggests, pulled through the water by an attendant. Once in the water (up to about waist height), the person can either swim or be taken for a “ride”.
Aquafun
With family or friends, you can have fun and challenge yourselves in complete safety on a 500 m² course with a range of modules:
- SHOW JUMPING
- CLIMBING WALLS
- CATAPULT
- TOBOGGANS
- WASHINGTON
- DIVING
Capacity for 40 people. Lifejackets must be worn. Access forbidden to children under 6 and non-swimmers.
VTT / VAE area
Aquaparc du Moulinet also offers land-based activities. The following are available for hire:
- E-Bike (mountain bike with electric wheel)
- VAE (electric mountain bike)
- E-Trottinette (electric scooter)

Tourist shuttle
In July and August, the lake is served by a tourist shuttle service on which bicycles are permitted.
